Mr.Prakash B Rane is the Managing Director of the Company. He holds a  B.Tech. and has a  PG Degree in Management Studies (M.M.S.) with an excellent academic record. He has extensive experience in the field of e-governance. Under his guidance, the Company has attained a leadership position in the niche sector of e-governance in a short span of time.He has conceptualized various pioneering and successful strategic solutions in e-governance which have become the benchmark in the industry.

Supriya Rane is a Non- Executive Director of the Company. She is an Electronics Engineer with a post-graduate diploma in System Management. She provides valuable advice and guidance to the Company on its overall growth especially in areas related to her expertise. The Company has been benefiting from her extensive experience for over a decade. She is a member of the Audit, Shareholders Grievance and Remuneration Committees of the Company. 

Mr. Devendra Parulekar is Non-Executive and an Independent Director of the Company. He is a management graduate with over 20+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry with reputed consultancy firms. He has also founded the Cyber Security practice in EY, India and had grown it exponentially as a Partner and Practice Leader -Cyber Security before moving on to launch his startup Saffron Stays.

Dr. Sumit Chowdhury is Non-Executive and an Independent Director of the Company. He is a global thought leader in the field of Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence, Smart Cities, Digital Economy, Telecom & Information analytics. He has a Ph.D. in Policy and Management of Technology from Carnegie Mellon, USA. He was the Program Director for the PMU of Swachh Bharat Mission and heading their IT and Digital initiatives under the Ministry of Urban Development. He is working as the ICT/Digital Advisor to three Smart Cities in India and has implemented IoT based projects running in 100+ Cities, Airports and Indian Railways across the country. He is a business leader, and entrepreneur, having led large, hyper-growth, multinational telecom and consulting companies in the US, Australia & India. He is now working on his new venture GreenEarthX in the field of Green Hydrogen trading marketplace.

Mr. Sharadchandra D. Abhyankar is a Non- Executive Director of the Company. He is a Solicitor and advocate by profession with over 30+ years’ experience. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate laws, securities laws and corporate ethics and governance. He has also led the preparation of compliance manuals on Indian Federal state laws for Indian Corporate Groups with global operations. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of NSE Centre for Excellence in Corporate Governance.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Dugade is Non-Executive and an Independent Director of the Company. He has completed his Master’s Degree in Commerce and also holds a Master Diploma in Computer Applications. He has studied different aspects of Credit, Foreign Exchange, Treasury, IT, Management at RBI, NIBM, IIM and other reputed institutions. He is a visiting lecturer to various Training Colleges and Institutions. He has immense experience in the Banking Sector. He has very good knowledge and experience in Credit assessment, Credit management & Monitoring and Balance sheet analyses._.
